Who should participate in the Engineer-to-Executive™ Leadership Development Program?
Anyone in a technical leadership role who wants to level up their skills.  Our workshops are customized to support new leaders all the way up to the C-Suite.
What if I’m not an engineer - can I still participate?
Yes, many of the concepts and examples are applicable to all disciplines.  This program focuses on areas where technical people or people in STEM leadership roles tend to need the most help.
How much does the Engineer-to-Executive™ program cost?
Each program is customized to meet client needs and objectives.  Please contact us for more information.
How long does the Engineer-to-Executive™ program last?

Because each program is customized, the timing differs.  Workshops may be conducted over consecutive days or spread out over a few weeks.  Coaching typically ranges from 6 months to over a year for each person.

Are the workshops in person or remote?

We can do either - we leave this up to the client.  Some clients prefer to bring their workshop participants into one location for several days for the workshop and other work-related activities.  Others prefer to use virtual training to save on travel costs and/or to spread the workshops over several weeks.
