Wish I had read this before.
This book is a straightforward playbook on the do’s and don’ts of what you need to run, scale and maintain a successful corporation from process improvements to major acquisitions. This book literally detailed the wrong steps of a very difficult acquisition I was a part of. If only we had focused on all these strategies. I now know better. This is an easy read and has a lot of information packed in with drops of sarcasm and humor.

Excellent resource to share with your management team!
This is an easy book to read with concepts followed by examples. Having the Reflection Questions at the end of each chapter summarized in an appendix is a big help. I find myself using them as a check list for the programs that I oversee.
While reading this book, I became aware of glaring examples of why our company was struggling due to old or outdated management ideas The book contains actionable steps that are reminders of what we know to do but somehow seem to skip over!
